Beer.....belongs, enjoy it. Beer is America's beverage of moderation.
In the home loving land of ours, in this America of kindliness of friendship and good
humored tolerance--perhaps no beverages are more at home than good American beer and ale. Beer is the kind of beverages Americans like. It belongs
to pleasant living, good fellowship, to sensible moderation and our right to enjoy it! This too, belongs to our American heritage of personal freedom.

Wherein this family my wife lies,
Her Spirit awake above, In calm of bliss it never dies, But immortal in shining love.
Adena's First Avon Lady - Jennie Shields walked all over town in the early 1930s with
a simple black case containing dress material for Mitchell and Church Company. She took orders and delivered the goods herself.
She later sold cosmetics for California Perfume Company that later became known as AVON. She sold products until 1942.
The First Adena Motorcycle gang was THE FLYING ACES. In 1935, this group of 32 men from Adena, Barton, Maynard, Mt. Pleasant
