The Women's Club of Adena presented an Art Show themed Women in Art . This open invitation was extended to all area women.
Women who to entered donated at least one handmade creation for display collectively and the
variety items will displayed were: crochet, paintings, a poem, pottery, photographs, needlepoint, stitchery, woodcrafts, and jewelry.
The artifacts were publicly displayed at an Art Show held at the Adena Branch Library on Friday November 16, 2007, from 5-8pm. The Women's Club provided
refreshments. The free expose for public panorama guested 100 people who came to eye the works of local Adena artists. The project is being considered for a
GFWC/OFWC district and state award.
